Central Asia Pamir Highway

What customers told us:

"The group enjoyed this trip a lot, the rides were well thought over, the highlights of this trip were the unique changing landscapes, warm people, the very nice location of the night in 7 lakes (in Kyrgyzstan) and in Tajikistan the herds that were left for the winter. dear people even though direct contact is difficult since we did not find a common language (Russian is their second language - English knowledge is rare) It was a challenging journey in terms of course but feasible - so fine Motorbikes were very good and reliable although the mecanic / driver should do a little bit more in preventive maintenance, for example clean the dust filters earlier. Tiziana as tour guide has a good feeling about the group she offers plenty of space and supported where necessary, and contact with the office was professional and to the point. "
Bernard de Canniere - Tajikistan Pamir Highway private group - September 2017

"Contact with the office was fine, we went to a slide evening in advance It was nice that Maaike was there at the departure from Schiphol. The trip was super, very nice through the Himalayas and a lot of off-road driven. a long trip to get there and long days. The Swiss motorbikes gave a lot of delay at the border, tip to have them converted to local license plates. We ourselves made some stops including a meteorite impact at Murgab and a fun stop at the yurts where you could drink chai (plate Fast Food Hotel) For us the highlight was the trip to Murgab beautiful scenery, but also the trip along the 7 lakes was very nice and super fun to do. The tour guide is great, very nice to have in. She is not someone who wants to have everything organized in advance, but she is mainly of contact and organizing it on the spot. "
Ewald Beekman and Sandra de Jonge - Tajikistan Pamir Highway - September 2017

"Beautiful, well-balanced trip. Contact with the office was very pleasant and professional. Good alternation between luxury hotels and very primitive shelters. Point for improvement: take your own sleeping bag liner or light sleeping bag because the hygiene conditions in the homestays leave something to be desired. Furthermore, arrange a cool box with some food for the Pamir Highway because it is difficult to find places to eat there."
Peter Breevoort - Tajikistan Pamir Highway - November 2016

"It was a beautiful trip. Highlights were the nature and the Pamir Highway itself. Contact with the office was very good. The motorcycles were unfortunately somewhat old. Better suspension would have been more enjoyable."
